If your lamp arrives damaged, or doesn't glow the way you hoped, tell us within 30 days of it arriving.
We'll make it right — a replacement or a refund. Photos help us fix it fast.
One small thing: the lamp does come back to us. Pop it in its box, we'll email you a prepaid return label, and off it trots. Damian personally inspects every returnee — nobody skips the exit interview. 🐾
