• Every lamp is made to order and ships in about 1–2 weeks.
• It travels a bit to reach you — tracked the whole way. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves.
• Free worldwide shipping on core destinations (US, CA, UK, AU, EU). Some remote regions may show a small surcharge at checkout.

30-Day Glow Guarantee

• If your lamp arrives damaged, or doesn't glow the way you hoped, tell us within 30 days of it arriving.
• We'll make it right — a replacement or a refund. Photos help us fix it fast.
• Because each lamp is made to order and ships from afar, we usually don't need the item back — keep it or pass it to a fellow dog person.
